Have you eaten too much? Feeling guilty?
Take it easy. Don't do anything extreme.
There's no need to start the week by swapping food for shakes or drinking "miracle weight loss juices".
Don't fool yourself. This will only make you hungrier and crave for food.
Only start the diet again with what really works:
- Hydrate yourself (at least 2 litres of water a day).
- Increase your intake of lean proteins, like chicken breast, eggs, turkey, natural yogurt. More protein = faster metabolism and less hunger.
- Fill 50% of your plate with vegetables at lunch and dinner.
- Don't eat fried food.
- Prefer healthy snacks that give you satiety (yoghurt, nuts, fresh fruit).
- Get rid of sugar.
- Start the day with a protein and low carb breakfast (eggs, 100g of fruit, coffee without sugar).
