Have you eaten too much? Feeling guilty? Take it easy. Don't do anything extreme. There's no need to start the week by swapping food for shakes or drinking "miracle weight loss juices". This is an introductory workshop, no previous experience is necessary. What will you learn? You will learn how to size, cut, copper foil, and solder (with a hot soldering iron), to create your glass suncatcher What is included? We will provide all the tools and materials you need to complete the project. Additional materials will be available for sale if you wish to make extras. Important information: You will be working with small items and tools, if you need glasses for reading please bring these with you on the day. Please ensure you wear sensible clothing suitable for a workshop environment e.g. no floaty sleeves/scarves. No bare arms. Shoes must be closed toes and long hair should be tied back. Student must be a minimum of 16 years old. Due to working with Lead solder this is not suitable for pregnant women or children. Pancake day!! 🥞 😋😋😋 Pancakes are my son's favorite breakfast. Today I'm going to share with you this super healthy, easy to make and delicious recipe that I make for him and my family: In a bowl, add a mash a ripe banana, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and mix until smooth. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Put 1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil to grease it. Pour 1/4 of the batter. Brown on both sides and serve hot. Serve with chopped fruit and honey.
