  4. Good Evening Tigers fans, another update on the Tees for the NHS. This time good news, we decided after some careful consideration we have donated to the Just Giving page of Robert Hicks children. They are giving to Pinderfields hospital after they cared for their grandma, but also double edged as Pinderfields is the hospital that Brendan Sheridan was looked after, and all our lads did the mile for Shez too. Our Grand total we donated after paying for the shirts was................ £180. The club got a capped donation of £100 so all rest went to NHS. Thank you to all involved, it maybe a small sum but were proud to say we did our bit. Fingers crossed the Tees turn up Tuesday. Stay safe and Up The Tigers. View the full article

  6. Our joint assistant coach Stephen Race, is running a half marathon to help Super League Referee Robert Hicks children raise money for Pinderfields hospital. We have decided at Ossett to donate our little raised money for the NHS to give to this cause. Double barrel as Pinders is where Brendan Sheridan was, and with all the Tigers squad taking part in the mile for Shez we felt this was a good cause to give to. So please follow the link to help them hit their target. We will be putting our final amount on sat once everyone paid up. 10. As we all wake up on this beautiful spring day in May, let us all cast a thought back 75 years ago. Because today is the anniversary of Victory in Europe Day which started the end of the war and ending 6 years of pain for many. So whilst you all enjoy your bank holiday just take 5 minutes to reflect and say thank you to the fallen, for they have given us so much. Spare that moment for all lives that was lost. Thank you to the few that helped the many. As we all wake up on this beautiful spring day in May, let us all cast a thought back 75 years ago.
