Because today is the anniversary of Victory in Europe Day which started the end of the war and ending 6 years of pain for many. So whilst you all enjoy your bank holiday just take 5 minutes to reflect and say thank you to the fallen, for they have given us so much. Spare that moment for all lives that was lost.
