Ossett News Posted June 5, 2021 Report Share Posted June 5, 2021 🏏🏏🏏 A mixed bag of results today against Hartshead Moor Cricket Club, glory for the 1XI & disappointment for the 2XI. The 1XI made 237/8 with 69 from Marcus Walmsley & 64* from Paul Malone and defended by some great bowling from Max Chappell 5-64 supported by Matthew Varley 3-51, winning by 44 runs. The 2XI were defeated by 47 runs away from home. Pick of the bowlers was Conor Andrews 3-31 and Michael Edwards hit 92 runs chasing a total of 251.
