Away from home Keighley won the toss and elected to bat, after a good start from the home team the bowling of Matt Varley 3-37 & Joe Finnigan 3-40 saw them all out for 149. Our response started well with Marcus Walmsley on 29, a partnership of 89 between Rishi Upamal 64* & Ian Philliskirk 43* saw us over the line winning by 7 wkts and due to other results our 1XI are now top of the league after 9 matches. At home, Hussain Khan & Phil Lamb had a 68 run 5th wicket partnership and went onto score 29 & 53 respectively. Having scored 144 for the loss of 8 wkts, Ossett reduced Altofts to 86 all out after outstanding bowling from Steve Coulthard 6-23.
