Ossett News Posted January 1, 2022 Report Share Posted January 1, 2022 ✒️✒️Review of May 2021🖋🖋 May started with local elections, where with your continued support I was re-elected for another 3 years - thank you. Litter picking continued and bags loads of rubbish were collected from across the whole ward. Blue bells were in full blooms in many of our parks, and we started to plant wild flower seeds in hedges, verges & flower beds. These gave great colourful displays throughout summer. Roads were repaired and gutters cleared - after being reported. Horbury Cemetery finally after much lobbying was recognised as a location of Commonwealth War Graves.
