The Council are monitoring the quality of reinstatement work at this site to ensure the recent resurfacing is restored and restored correctly and so are we! 🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥 Why this has happened we do not know!
