You may be a retired player, you may be a spectator / supporter , you may be someone who has always fancied giving it a go and never got round to it , you maybe someone who just wants to have a bit of a gentle blow out once a week , you may be someone who wants to use the sessions as a bit of a social outing. All sessions will be held on the floodlit training pitch behind the 1stXV pitch Either way the free of charge sessions may just get you in to rugby.
